Many common items are stocked in our UK stores and delivery would normally be the next day if all items are stocked.
Where you see "Available to Order" this item may be in stock or on a lead time. Standard nozzles if not in stock will be delivered to you normally no more than 2 weeks, 3 weeks as a worst case scenario. Special nozzles like connector nozzles normally take around 3 weeks from receipt of order and deposit.

All of our products have been tried and tested and we are confident about the quality and workmanship of them. If in the unlikely circumstances that there is a faulty item delivered to you and we cannot resolve it then we will replace this item or issue a credit note only.

Faulty goods must be reported with 10 days of receipt and returned to us.
In this instance, please contact us for a RMA number prior to returning any goods.
No returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number
